After watching the July 3rd episode (and rewatching it three times because I couldn’t believe my eyes), I’m absolutely convinced Dr. Grace Buckingham is up to something seriously shady. And before you call me paranoid, hear me out — the evidence is RIGHT THERE on our screens!

The Pills That Keep Getting Screen Time
Have you noticed how many times they’ve shown that prescription bottle with “Dr. Grace Buckingham” written on it? The camera practically ZOOMS in on her name every single time Liam takes those pills. This show isn’t exactly known for subtlety, and when they keep hammering something home like this?

Grace has been acting like a woman possessed, practically BEGGING Liam to start chemo and radiation immediately. When Finn Finnegan — who, let’s remember, is an actual doctor too — warned about side effects, she brushed him off like he was speaking nonsense. Since when does a cardiologist dismiss another doctor’s concerns about cancer treatment?

Oh wait… did I mention Grace is a HEART doctor? Not an oncologist. Not a neurologist. A cardiologist treating brain cancer. Make it make sense!

Those Mysterious Phone Calls Are The Key
But here’s where it gets really juicy. During that same July 3rd episode, Grace kept getting harassed with phone calls and texts that had her looking like she’d seen a ghost. Finn even noticed how stressed she was and tried to offer support. She practically jumped out of her skin!

Who’s calling her? What do they want? And why does she look so terrified every time her phone rings?

I’ve got a theory, and it involves her ex-husband’s shady past…

The Buckingham Family’s Dark History With The Spencers
Let’s not forget that Grace’s ex-husband, Dr. Reese Buckingham, literally STOLE Hope and Liam’s baby Beth and let them believe she was dead. The trauma that man caused was unforgivable. And now his ex-wife just happens to be treating Liam for a supposedly terminal illness?

The Buckingham family already has a history of targeting Liam and Hope. First Reese steals their baby, now Grace might be slowly poisoning Liam? This can’t be a coincidence!

Some fans on social media are speculating that whoever’s harassing Grace might be connected to Reese’s old gambling debts. What if someone’s blackmailing her? Forcing her to eliminate Liam as some kind of twisted revenge?

The Biggest Clue? Scott Clifton’s Not Going Anywhere
Here’s the smoking gun, folks. Scott Clifton (who plays Liam) just signed a THREE-YEAR contract with the show. He’s been spotted filming scenes for September 2025. So unless B&B is planning to have Liam haunting people as a very talkative ghost for the next three years, our boy isn’t dying.

Which means this entire brain tumor diagnosis could be fake. Those pills Grace keeps pushing? They might not be cancer medication at all. What if she’s drugging him to MAKE him sick? Creating symptoms that mimic a brain tumor?

Think about it — Liam’s been getting worse since he started taking those pills. Coincidence? I think NOT!

What Happens When The Truth Comes Out?
If (when?) this scheme gets exposed, the fallout is going to be EXPLOSIVE. Hope will lose her mind. Bill Spencer will probably threaten to destroy the entire Buckingham family. And Steffy? She’ll be caught in the middle, trying to protect her husband Finn from any connection to his colleague’s crimes.

But the real question is: Will Liam figure it out before it’s too late? Or will someone else — maybe Finn, who’s already suspicious — be the one to test those pills and discover what Grace is really up to?

I’m calling it now: By the end of summer, this whole thing will blow up in Grace’s face. And when it does?

It’s going to be must-see TV.
