Sleeping Beauty and the Beast
Oh, sure, she looks peaceful now. But when Bold & Beautiful awakens double and almost triple murderess Luna Nozawa, all hell is going to break loose. Think that’s an exaggeration? Read on to see all the characters whose lives will be impacted — and how!
Happy-ish Father’s Day
Though Finn Finnegan put an unwelcome mat outside the home that he shares with wife Steffy Forrester — whom Luna has targeted more than once — a part of him will have to be relieved that his newfound daughter hasn’t died so young. Will he be able to resist the temptation to make the most of the second chance he’s been given to bond with her… and maybe help curb her homicidal tendencies?
Stop the Madness
Even if Finn wants to get to know Luna, hell will freeze over before Steffy forgives or forgets that her stepdaughter once locked her in a cage and held her at gunpoint. Not only that, but Luna had the audacity to shirk the blame for her actions, instead insisting that she wouldn’t have had to go on another rampage if Steffy had just said “bygones” over the whole cage incident.
The Auntie-Dote
Li Finnegan is gonna have a whole lot of explaining to do when everyone finds out that she lied about her niece’s death and has been keeping her alive all this time. After the [bleep] Bill Spencer took for getting Luna pardoned, what on earth makes Li think that she won’t be branded a devil and run out of the City of Angels?
Like Grandma, Like Granddaughter
Sheila Carter will be elated that Luna is alive. Sure, the magically reformed Sheila would prefer that her granddaughter not going around shooting people as frequently as she once did, but no way will she want to miss the opportunity to take the younger woman under her wing and teach her that maybe, just maybe gunplay isn’t the answer to everything.
Fancy Meeting You Again
We wouldn’t put it past Poppy Nozawa to try to ensure that Luna goes from the recovery room back to her prison cell. Mom’s understandably embittered after Luna framed her for Tom Starr and Hollis the Waiter’s murders and laid the blame for her dark side on her unstable upbringing… which she’d previously insisted had been unconventional but fun.
The Buck Stops Here
Having seen the error of his ways, Bill might even team up with Poppy to hand Luna a Never Get Out of Jail Free Again card… and, in the process, remember that he once cared for the psycho’s mother and dumped her without so much as a backwards glance after she was acquitted of Tom and Hollis’ murders. Might we suggest that Bill’s first apology include a gift of diamonds?
‘Drop Dead, Gorgeous — and Stay Dead!’
Fueling Bill’s desire to see Luna sent up the river without a paddle would have to be how close she came to killing his son Liam. Frankly, Liam ain’t gonna be too excited to be reunited with the madwoman who almost killed him and Steffy, either. He went to extremes once to protect his ex-wife; would he do so again?
Where There’s a Will…
Having been entrapped by Will Spencer’s sting operation, Luna isn’t likely to be quite as drawn anymore to Bill’s son. However, the troublemaker might want to exact payback against him and, for good measure, his girlfriend Electra Forrester. Even if she leaves the couple alone, we’d sleep with one eye open if we were them.
Child’s Play
If Finn insists on hanging with Luna — and letting her get to know her half brother — Hayes could find himself at the center of a very ugly custody battle between his dad and mom Steffy.
That Shrinking Feeling
Though Steffy’s mom Taylor Hayes maintains that some people are just beyond therapy, she might be moved to leap into action this time around where Luna’s concerned. If the young woman is always going to be a factor in Steffy’s life, Taylor will want to do whatever she can to make sure that Luna no longer poses a threat.
A Night to Remember
Luna has called her hookup with Zende Forrester the best sex of her life. She’d face an uphill battle getting him to overlook her murderous misdeeds, but if the encounter was as hot to him as it was to her… Hey, stranger things have happened.
The Buddy System
Against all odds, Remy Pryce was almost a good influence on Luna. Since he’s unlikely to turn his back on her now, they could form a nice, normal couple. Well, almost normal.
A Matter of Wife and Death
Whether Sheila does a happy dance over Luna’s resurrection, Granny’s better half Deacon Sharpe is going to be significantly less pleased. He already forbid Sheila from having anything to do with the woman who murdered his friends. If Sheila refuses to cut ties with Luna, would Deacon go so far as to divorce the eight-toed wonder?
We Don’t Talk About Bruno… or R.J.!
If nothing else, Luna’s ex R.J. Forrester might get a mention when word gets out that she’s alive. Like, “Hey, we’d better call R.J. and warn him… or maybe not.” Poor R.J.
