Despite being told and given proof that Kim Tate (Claire King) never murdered her dad in Emmerdale, Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley) isn’t giving up with her revenge.
Will (Dean Andrews) died suddenly over Christmas as a result of a heart attack. At the start of the week, Dawn found a USB within a box of Will’s old stuff and grew suspicious.
The USB had a video on it from Will. In the clip, he addressed Dawn and said that if she’s watching it, it means he’s dead – and that Kim is responsible.
Prior to Will’s death, he was in the middle of a feud with Kim, financial advisor Peter and a mysterious third man, who later turned out to be Joe Tate (Ned Porteous). It’s clear the video links to this war and Will’s fears about Kim winning, but it’s of course viewed very differently through Dawn’s eyes.

In tonight’s episode, Kim faced questioning from a police officer. She pointed out that a post mortem had officially confirmed Will died of a heart attack, so she didn’t really know why she was being interviewed.
Unsurprisingly, Kim was sent home by the police officers. At Home Farm though, instead of being met with an apology from Dawn, Kim was forced to protest her innocence again.
Frustrated at Billy Fletcher’s (Jay Kontzle) lack of support, Dawn took off and got drunk at The Hide. There, Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham) tried to help Dawn by noting her father’s death and the emotional turmoil that came after, and how she believes Kim never killed Will.
