It’s another exciting instalment for Emmerdale fans tonight, as Joe is seen being whisked away to prepare for his treatment.
In tonight’s episode, which can be watched early on ITV X, a doctor tells Joe on the side of the road to ‘save his energy’. The doctor adds that some unknown people the doctor has spoken to on the phone ‘want him in a good condition’.
Joe also reads a text from Dawn where she tells him that she misses him.
Elsewhere in the village, April’s friend Dylan from the streets visits her, but is tackled by Ross who thought he was a thief planning to break into Marlon’s house. After a heated confrontation, Marlon reluctantly gives in to April’s plea of allowing Dylan to stay for one night on the sofa.

Meanwhile Moira is given the all clear and goes to The Woolpack for some celebratory drinks. But soon she grows melancholy as she comes to terms with ending her marriage with Cain.
Nevertheless, after talking with Ruby, who compares her relationship with Caleb to Cain and Moira’s, she invites Cain for tea where she tells him that she still loves him and wants to stay together. The pair kiss and makeup.
