Home and Away spoilers follow for UK viewers.
Theo Poulos will shock Leah Patterson on Home and Away as he makes a major gamble regarding his passion project.
Theo has been attempting to forge a new path in life amidst the uncertain future of the band Lyrik, and has teamed up with Justin Morgan to restore a classic vehicle to its former glory.
In scenes set to air on Thursday and Friday (April 10 and 11), Leah – who was initially sceptical about the merits of the idea – discovers that the pair have spent over $4,000 already just to buy the car outright, with the cost of repairs still to come.
Leah, who is beset with financial worries following her arrest for her part in the protest, tells her husband about the fine she received for vandalism, and admits that they need to be careful with their money.

Theo, however, takes matters into his own hands by taking out a personal loan to provide some funds, though Leah is shocked by her nephew’s decision. Despite pressure from Leah and Justin, Theo is steadfast in his belief, and refuses to back out of the loan.
Remi Carter attempts to come to his aid by offering to stump up the money, but Theo declines the offer whilst reasoning that he doesn’t want any handouts. Justin, meanwhile, respects Theo’s choices and begins to muck in with the repairs.
