Emmerdale star Mark Charnock has addressed his future with the show as Marlon Dingle amid a slew of cast exits.
In recent months, it has been confirmed that four much-loved faces will be leaving the ITV soap this year.
Lesley Dunlop, who plays Brenda Walker, and Roxy Shahidi, who appears as Leyla Harding are exiting after 17 and 14 years respectively.
Susan Cookson is also leaving after five years as Wendy Posner, with Paula Lane also set to exit as Ella Forster.
Daisy Campbell also left the show last month after 13 years when bosses axed her character Amelia Spencer, while Dean Andrews bowed out as Will Taylor on Christmas Day following a five year stint.
Speaking about his time on the show, Mark admitted to The Mirror: ‘You can never take it for granted and you never know until you get your next contract.
‘I am a terrible worrier. I find myself driving home muttering lines trying to remember how I played them out. I am a bit neurotic in that way but Emmerdale is such a great show to work on.’

The actor, who joined Emmerdale in 1996, said he’d had ‘an amazing run of luck’ so far, adding: ‘I have loved every moment of my 28 years on the show.
‘And what is so great about it is that it changes all the time, it’s never not surprising and keeps you on your toes – I love that.’
